Our mission is to create better experiences for youth players, coaches, and parents without requiring single sport dedication, increasing financial commitment, or becoming dependent on suburban facilities.

Founder & President, Sean Wilson, is committed to the belief that Teamwork Sports can simplify the experience for volunteer coaches.  By managing all of the "off the field" activities for the youth sports team, we will increase the number of people willing to coach, increasing the number of roster spots available, improving the likelihood that every interested family has a place to play.

The Indoor Practice Facility & Pro Shop, opened in September 2016 in the heart of Waldo at 310 West 80th Street, will allow the youth of the community to increase their participation without the reliance of suburban facilities.

Sean is very active in our community with roles on several volunteer committees at the United Way of Greater Kansas City, sitting on the Board of Directors at Brookside Soccer, and serving as the President at Kansas City 3&2 Baseball.
